Gaps in the diary
A job cancels or finishes early, and suddenly you're wondering where next week's work is coming from. The phone hasn't rung, and you're scrolling Facebook groups looking for anyone asking for a plasterer.

For plasterers who want more of the right work
When the diary goes quiet, the last thing you need is another customer looking for the cheapest price. We build websites that show homeowners why you're worth contacting — with your work, your reviews and a clear route to request a quote. Built by a working plasterer who understands the trade.
One complete lead-generation website package — £800. Pay £400 to secure your build and £400 before launch. Up to five pages. Hosting and domain costs are separate.
Sound familiar?
None of this means you're doing anything wrong. It's the reality of running a plastering business — and most of it comes down to how easy you are to find and trust online.
A job cancels or finishes early, and suddenly you're wondering where next week's work is coming from. The phone hasn't rung, and you're scrolling Facebook groups looking for anyone asking for a plasterer.
You price a job properly, then lose it to someone cheaper who'll do half the preparation. Without anything that shows the quality of your work, customers have nothing to compare except the number at the bottom.
You spend your night measuring up for people who wanted a whole house skimmed for the price of a ceiling. Better information up front means fewer of those wasted trips.
Recommendations are brilliant — until they slow down. And even when someone is recommended to you, the first thing they do is look you up online. What they find there decides whether they call.
Why it matters
Whether a customer hears about you from a friend, a Facebook group or a Google search, most of them will look for evidence before they get in touch. Weak evidence — or none — costs you enquiries you'll never know about.
Someone hears your name from a neighbour, then looks you up before calling. If they find nothing — or a tired page from years ago — some of them quietly move on to the next name.
Homeowners type "plasterer near me" every day. A properly structured website gives Google something to show them. Without one, you're not in the running at all.
Photos in Facebook groups get attention, but attention isn't an enquiry. When someone taps through and finds a professional website with your work and reviews, that interest has somewhere to turn into a phone call.
To be clear: a website supports the ways customers already find you — it doesn't replace them. Appearing in Google searches takes time and depends on competition, reviews and your Google Business Profile. Paid advertising is not included in any package.
The solution
A professional website won't stop every time-waster — nothing will. But it changes what happens when a decent customer finds you.
Before-and-after photos of real jobs show the standard of your finish better than any sales pitch. Customers comparing quotes can see what they're paying for.
The kind words customers already say about you, presented where new customers will actually read them — building trust before the first phone call.
When your site says exactly what you do and where you work, the people who contact you are far more likely to be the people you actually want to hear from.
Click-to-call buttons and a simple enquiry form that captures the details you need — so an interested homeowner becomes a proper enquiry, not a missed call.
See the standard
First, a real plastering business website — built by our founder for his own company, DSB Plastering & Wall Insulation. Then three Design Concepts showing the range of styles available. Every design decision — the photos, the reviews, the service pages, the contact buttons — is there to help a homeowner feel confident asking for a quote.
Premium plastering company — elegant charcoal and gold
An editorial, gallery-led design for high-end finishes. Built to attract homeowners and designers who value quality over price.
Design Concept — a sample design to show what's possible. Not a completed customer project. Business names, photos and details are illustrative.

The person behind Built for Plasterers
I'm Dan, the owner of DSB Plastering & Wall Insulation, based in the Bath area. I've spent years working in the plastering trade, building my business, dealing with customers and learning what it takes to stand out from the competition.
Like most plasterers, I've put plenty of time and effort into delivering good workmanship and building a reputation. But I've also learned that being good at your trade isn't always enough. Customers need to find you, trust you and feel confident enough to get in touch.
That's why I invested time in developing my own website, understanding how Google works and learning how to turn a website into something that genuinely supports a plastering business.
Now I'm using that experience to help other plasterers build a professional online presence without expensive agency fees or complicated contracts.
I know the trade because I'm still on the tools myself.
And that's exactly why Built for Plasterers exists.

How it works
No payment is taken on this website. Everything starts with a conversation about what your business actually needs.
A short enquiry, then a chat with Dan about your plastering business, your current website (if you have one) and what you need.
We agree the package, the exact pages and the full cost up front — before any work starts or any payment is due.
You send your photos, services and reviews. We design the site and send you a preview to look over.
One round of revisions, then launch and a full handover. The website is yours — no forced ongoing contract.
